Three arrested after west Belfast shop robbery

Two men, one armed with a knife, have robbed a shop of cash and cigarettes at Carrigart Avenue in west Belfast.

The robbers threatened a member of staff before making off. A red-coloured car was found a short time afterwards in Rossnareen Avenue.

The staff member was not injured during the incident.

Police said three teenagers, two males aged 18 and 17, and a 16-year-old girl have been arrested for questioning about the incident.
