Arrest made over east Belfast explosion

A 41-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an explosion at a house in east Belfast.

A device exploded at Invernook Drive, in the Sydenham area, on Friday evening.

The front door of the property was blown off, but no-one was injured.

The man has been taken to Antrim police station for questioning.
