Man arrested over Andrew Allen murder in Buncrana, County Donegal

Irish police have arrested a man in his 50s in connection with the murder of Londonderry man Andrew Allen.

Mr Allen was killed in his home in Buncrana, County Donegal, in February.

The father-of-two, originally from the Waterside area of Derry, was the first man to be murdered by the vigilante group, Republican Action Against Drugs.

Gardai said the man arrested in County Donegal on Friday was from Northern Ireland.
