Five people held over Ballycastle abduction bailed

A 20-year-old woman and 21-year-old man arrested in Coleraine following the reported abduction of a man in Ballycastle, County Antrim, have been released on bail.

Three women, aged 16, 18, and 42, also arrested in connection with the incident had already been released on bail.

The 18-year-old man was reported to have been abducted in the town on Thursday and a demand for money made.

He went to a Belfast PSNI station.

No money was handed over.
