Danny McKay murder: Arrested man is released

A man who was arrested over the murder of Danny McKay in Newtownabbey has been released unconditionally.

The 25-year-old man was detained in Antrim on Thursday morning.

Mr McKay was shot several times as he sat alone on a sofa in the living room of his Longlands Road home on 25 October. He died at the scene.

At least two armed men were involved in the attack on the 36-year-old father of one.
