Fire at house in Belfast was arson

A fire at a semi-detached house in Woodvale Pass in Belfast is being treated as arson.

The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said substantial damage was caused to the ground floor and attic area of the property as a result of the blaze.

The fire was reported shortly after 05:00 BST on Sunday.

There was no-one in the house at the time.
