Arrest over £22,000 drugs seizure in Belfast

A man has been arrested after police seized Class A and Class B drugs with an estimated value of £22,000 in west Belfast.

The discovery was made in Brooke Park on Thursday afternoon.

The 34-year-old man is still being questioned by officers.

Detective Chief Inspector Alan Little described the operation as a "proactive search" that had resulted in a "significant seizure".
