Armed robbery at supermarket in west Belfast

Staff and customers have been threatened during an armed robbery at a supermarket in west Belfast.

Two masked men, one armed with a hammer entered the premises on the Andersonstown Road around 21:00 BST on Friday.

After threatening staff, they left with a sum of money. The men also took a number of mobile phones from staff members.

No-one was injured during the incident.
