Rescue teams searching for a missing hill walker have found a body in County Mayo in the Republic of Ireland.

The discovery was made by rescue teams searching for a Dublin man in his mid-30s who has been missing since setting out for Mweelrea Mountain on Tuesday.

Mayo mountain rescue teams came across the body on the fourth day of a huge search operation.

There is no confirmation so far that the body is that of the missing hill walker.
