Belfast pensioner dies day after car crash

An 83-year-old woman has died a day after she was injured in a car crash in Belfast.

The pensioner was hurt in a one-vehicle collision on the Westlink on Sunday.

She was travelling in a red Renault Scenic that crashed near Divis at about 17:00 GMT. She died from her injuries on Monday.

The pensioner was from north Belfast but her name has not been released. Police have appealed to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
