Man and woman face explosive charges in dissident repubican inquiry

A man and a woman are due to appear in court in County Down later on explosive charges.

The charges are linked to an investigation into dissident republican activity in Forkhill, south Armagh.

The 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman have been charged with making explosives with intent to endanger life

They also face two charges of possessing explosives with intent to endanger life or cause serious injury to property.

They are due to appear before Newry Magistrates Court.
