Northern Ireland: Haass talks resume as deadline looms

Talks have resumed between Northern Ireland's main political parties, as the deadline looms to reach a deal on issues that still divide communities.

Negotiations are focussing on contentious sectarian parades, how to remember those killed in recent years and the rights of unionists and nationalists to fly their preferred flags.
