A house in south Belfast has been damaged in a petrol bomb attack.

The device was thrown at the front door of a house in Agra Street just after 21:20 GMT on Tuesday.

Minor scorch damage was caused to a window, but a man who was in the property at the time was not injured.

It is believed a brick was also thrown at the house, smashing a window. Police have appealed for information.
