Belfast blaze: Man, 25, is rescued from flat fire

A 25-year-old man is recovering after he was rescued from a fire in west Belfast.

It happened at about 02:53 BST on Sunday on the fourth floor of a set of flats at the Grant Building on Clonard Street.

Fire fighters rescued the man from the balcony of the flat. He was taken to hospital and was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation.

It is understood the fire started accidentally.
