'Ill man' hijacks helper's vehicle on Racecourse Road, Derry

He was wearing a dark hooded sweat-top, dark jacket with a high collar and jeans.

The second was also said to be in his early 20s, about 5ft 8ins tall, thin, with short brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a dark sweat-top.

Police have appealed for witnesses.
