Belfast: Robber threatened coffee shop staff with knife

A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery carried out at knifepoint in south Belfast.

Police said the robber went into a coffee shop on the Ormeau Road at about 23:00 BST on Thursday.

He threatened two members of staff with a knife and stole a sum of money. No-one was injured.

A short time afterwards, a man was arrested at Elgin Street.
