Four men due in Belfast court on cannabis charges

Four men are due in Belfast Magistrates Court later after the recovery of herbal cannabis worth £618,000.

It was recovered in the Seven Mile Straight area between Antrim and Crumlin in September last year.

The men, aged 39, 42, 48 and 53, have each been charged with conspiracy to supply and being involved in the supply of cannabis.

A fifth man arrested on Tuesday in connection with the same operation remains in custody.
