Two men charged over Portadown cannabis find

Two men are to appear in court charged in connection with the discovery of cannabis plants in County Armagh that police believe are worth up to £1m.

The discovery was made at a house in Church Street, Portadown, on Wednesday.

The men, aged 21 and 36, are charged with six offences including cultivating cannabis and supplying a class B controlled drug.

They are due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday.
