A man whose parents were murdered by loyalist paramilitaries 22 years ago has begun a legal challenge over how the investigation was handled.

Charlie and Tess Fox were shot by Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) at their home in Moy, County Tyrone, in 1992.

Anthony Fox, one of their six children, has applied for leave to take a judicial review.

His case alleges there was a failure to deliver an effective investigation into the shootings.
