Man killed in Rasharkin car crash was Martin Paxton

The name of a 59-year-old man killed in a car crash in County Antrim has been released.

Martin Paxton, from the Portglenone area, died in the crash in Rasharkin at about 20:20 BST on Saturday.

No other vehicle was involved in the collision on the Townhill Road. Police are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.

Twenty-three people have died on Northern Ireland's roads so far this year.
