A memorial to the victims of an IRA bomb in County Tyrone has been attacked for the second time in five weeks.

Eight Protestant workmen died and six more were injured when their van was blown up at Teebane crossroads between Omagh and Cookstown in January 1992.

Paint was thrown the stone column at some point between Sunday night and Monday morning, police said.

In February, floral wreaths that had been laid at the memorial were damaged.
