A man who was arrested by detectives investigating an explosion at an Army barracks in County Down last year has been released unconditionally.

The explosion took place inside a Royal Mail post van at Palace Barracks in Holywood on 14 August 2015.

No-one was injured but a number of vehicles were damaged by the blast.

The 60-year-old man had been detained in greater Belfast on Wednesday.
