Man arrested after suspected brothel uncovered released on bail

A 38-year-old man arrested following the discovery of a suspected brothel in south Belfast has been released on police bail.

He was arrested following the discovery of the premises on Cromwell Road on Saturday morning.

He was questioned on suspicion of a number of offences linked to brothel keeping and prostitution.

Three women who were in the house have been receiving support and will be spoken to by police in due course.
