Met Office warns of torrential rains, hail and lightning in parts of Northern Ireland

Torrential rain, hail storms and lightning are expected later on Monday in parts of Northern Ireland.

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for heavy rain in Counties Fermanagh and Tyrone, as well as west of counties Londonderry and Armagh.

The downpours are expected to continue until 21.00 BST.

There is also the possibility of localised flooding which could cause problems for people travelling on the roads.
