PSNI officers injured in stolen car crash in Maghera
Four PSNI officers have been injured after a stolen car collided with two police vehicles in County Londonderry.
A Nissan Juke car was reported to have been stolen in the Manse area of Derry at about 23:50 BST on Thursday and then driven towards the Glenshane Road.
Shortly before 00:35 BST, police saw and followed the car, which was driven towards Fallaghloon Road in Maghera.
The vehicle then collided with the police cars. A man ran from the scene, but was arrested a short time later.
The 26-year-old is being questioned on suspicion of burglary, aggravated vehicle taking and driving away, dangerous driving, driving whilst unfit and failing to stop and remain at the scene of a collision.
The four police officers suffered minor injuries.
