Portstewart arson: Attack on house in Lever Park

A man has escaped injury after an arson attack on a house in Portstewart, County Londonderry.

Flammable liquid was poured through the letterbox and bins were placed at the door of the property in Lever Park before being set on fire at around 04:00 GMT.

The fire service put out the fire and police have appealed for information.
