Man's body lay in Limavady house for 'up to four weeks'

The police say that a man, originally from Londonderry, who died alone at his flat in Limavady may have lain undiscovered for up to four weeks before his body was found.

The man's remains were discovered in a flat in Alexander Road on Tuesday.

The police are not treating his death as suspicious.

SDLP Councillor Gerry Mullan said local people were shocked at the discovery.
