European budget: MEPs divided on bigger EU budget

European leaders have spent hours trying to hammer out a deal on a future budget for the European Union, amid conflicting calls for an increase and also a cut.

Jo Coburn reports from Strasbourg on whether the veto could be used and why European politicians also have to please their own governments.
