EU referendum: Tim Farron on Lib Dem Europe policy

It would be "completely mad to have a referendum now" on the UK's future in the EU, the Liberal Democrat president has said.

Tim Farron said it was clear the coalition parties had different views on Europe, claiming his had "a sane mature collegiate approach to our European colleagues rather than just throwing crockery at them."

In the full interview with Jo Coburn, he was reacting to a Daily Politics film looking at the fortunes of his party.
