Twigg: Free schools would remain open

Shadow Education Secretary Stephen Twigg says although he disagrees with free schools, they would remain open should Labour win the next election.

Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, Mr Twigg added such schools opened in England would be brought into line with the teaching standards of conventional education.
