TUC 'ready' to co-ordinate industrial action

Britain's biggest unions have supported the idea of coordinated industrial action as part of a campaign against the government's cap on public sector pay.

A motion backed by delegates at the TUC conference in Bournemouth also calls for unions to work together towards the abolition of so-called 'zero hours' contracts.
