Ed Miliband to face TUC over Labour funding

10 September 2013 Last updated at 07:24 BST

Labour leader Ed Miliband will face his union critics on Tuesday, as he attempts to persuade them to back an overhaul of the way the party is funded.

Several unions have attacked him over his plans to remove the automatic payment of fees by millions of their members to the party.

Mr Miliband will address some of those critics at the TUC conference in Bournemouth.
