PMQs Con man jibe 'bit below the level' says Speaker

The Speaker stepped in after the prime minister used the "con man" phrase for a second time during PMQs, telling him it was "frankly unparliamentary".

John Bercow claimed David Cameron was a "man of great versatility in the use of language" and said of the jibe: "It's a bit below the level,"
