Woman dies and five hurt in crash
A woman has died and five other people have been taken to hospital following a crash between two cars in Perthshire.
A pink Nissan Micra and a blue Vauxhall Antara collided on Station Road in Errol at about 0940 BST on Sunday.
A 63-year-old woman, from London, who was the front passenger in the Micra died at the scene.
The driver, a 66-year-old woman from London, was in a critical condition with internal and pelvic injuries. Four others were being treated in hospital.
The back seat passenger of the Micra, a 70-year-old woman from Dundee, fractured her leg.
The driver of the Antara, a 69-year-old woman, sustained injury to her sternum and lower vertebrae.
Two passengers in the Antara, women aged 56 and 58, were treated for minor injuries.
All the occupants of the Antara were from Fife.
