Salmond: 'Holyrood has duty to phone hacking victims'

The first minister has warned MSPs they risk letting down the victims of newspaper abuse if they do not act in Scotland.

Alex Salmond has proposed a Scottish press regulator, underpinned by the law, in the aftermath of the Leveson Report.

His Holyrood opponents have accused him of playing Nationalist politics with the issue.
