8 May 2014 Last updated at 14:54 BST

The crew of Scotland's busiest lifeboat are urging people to stop risking their lives when visiting an island in the Firth of Forth.

The RNLI boat at Cramond Island has brought 500 people to safety in the last five years after they became stranded.

People are being urged to stop risking their lives by wading back across the causeway as the tide comes in.

BBC Scotland's Morag Kinniburgh reports.
