Mystery surrounds leafy characters at Water of Leith
Leaf sculptures have left residents in an Edinburgh suburb wondering about the identity of the mystery artist.
The leafy characters have been appearing overnight along the Water of Leith during the autumn.
There is one figure, dressed in green wellies, flat cap and with a coffee cup near Belford Bridge. Two young leaf children hang on the river's railings.
There are also a couple on a bench wearing green wellies and flat caps.
Earlier this year, Angel of the North artist Antony Gormley unveiled a series of six life-sized cast-iron figures alongside the Water of Leith.
