Lorry drivers in hospital after head-on crash in Fife
A head-on collision between two lorries has blocked the main route through Fife to Dundee near the Tay bridge.
The accident happened one mile south of the Forgan roundabout on the A914. Emergency services were called to the scene at 10:40.
Two casualties have been taken to Ninewells hospital in Dundee but the extent of their injuries is unknown.
Police are warning motorists they expect the road to be closed for some time and diversions are in place.
Sgt Derek Allan, of Fife Constabulary, said: "This was a serious collision which saw two men being injured and caused substantial congestion on a very busy road."
