Family pays tribute to man killed in West Lothian crash

The family of a father-of-three who died after his car was involved in a crash with a lorry on a West Lothian road has paid tribute to him.

Christopher Peacock, 49, from Ayr, died in the crash between his Mercedes and an articulated lorry on the A8016 near East Whitburn at 11:20 on Monday.

His family said he would be "sadly missed by all who knew him."

Lothian and Borders Police officers appealed for anyone who had witnessed the accident to contact the police.
