West Lothian bus collision kills man

A 36-year-old man has died after being struck by a bus in Kirkliston, West Lothian.

He was seriously injured as the bus hit him in Path Brae at about 15:00 on Saturday. He died later in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

No one else was injured. Police are investigating the collision and have appealed for witnesses to contact them.

They said they are keen to speak to any passengers on the bus who have not yet been contacted by them.
