Man charged with Edinburgh Royal Infirmary car park murder
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man who was found dead in an Edinburgh hospital car park.
The 43-year-old Polish victim, who has not been named, was found in bushes at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on 7 April.
Robert Gruszka, 37, from Edinburgh, appeared at the city's sheriff Court charged with murder and assault to injury.
He made no plea or declaration in private and was remanded in custody. His next appearance will be 24 April.
The case was committed for further examination.
