Man charged over bullets found in Edinburgh house

A man has been charged under the Firearms Act after police recovered bullets and shotgun cartridges from an Edinburgh house.

Officers found the unlicensed ammunition while searching the property in Saughton Mains Place on Wednesday.

Other items were also seized and police are continuing with their investigation.

The 21-year-old is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
