Arrest after Burntisland, Fife fire station break-in

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged by police after a break-in at a fire station.

It follows an incident in which the fire station at Burntisland in Fife was entered in the early hours of Friday, 3 January.

Keys to a car were taken. The car was driven off before being involved in a collision with the wall of a railway bridge.

The man arrested is expected to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court later.
