Woman trapped after lorry crash on A92 near Ladybank

A woman has been cut free from her car after a collision with a lorry on the A92 near Ladybank in Fife.

The crash, which took place at 07:15, involved the woman's Mazda and a lorry which is believed to be from a nearby landfill site.

The collision took place near where two men died in a two-vehicle accident on the same road on Wednesday.

Police said the woman was conscious and breathing as she was removed from her car. The lorry driver was not injured.

The A92 has been closed and diversions have been put in place.
