Woman charged over Dunfermline taxi driver attack

A woman has been charged in connection with the attempted murder of a taxi driver in Fife in the early hours of Sunday.

The 59-year-old man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following the incident in Appin Crescent, Dunfermline.

Police Scotland said a 46-year-old woman had been charged in connection with the incident.

She is expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Monday.
