More than 50 firefighters have been tackling a fire in Edinburgh.

The alarm was raised just after 10:00 at Chancelot Mill in Leith after fire broke out in machinery on the fourth floor of the building.

The risk of explosion from the flour meant the fire service treated this as a major operation, bringing in crews from Edinburgh, West Lothian and Fife.

The mill was evacuated and production closed down until the fire was brought under control. No one has been injured.
