Man in court over Haymarket 'attack'
A 23-year-old man has appeared in court charged with assaulting a man at a train station on the day of the Scottish Cup Final.
Anthony Lewis is accused of assault to severe injury over an incident at Edinburgh's Haymarket on 21 May.
A man aged 37 was treated in hospital for a head injury after an altercation on a platform at around 21:45.
Mr Lewis, from Edinburgh, made no plea or declaration at Edinburgh Sheriff Court and was released on bail.
British Transport Police earlier released CCTV footage of two men they wanted to speak to in connection with the incident.
