CCTV issued in Leith hate crime investigation
Police have released CCTV images of a woman officers want to trace following a hate crime on a bus.
The incident involved a 36-year-old woman and her children who were subjected to xenophobic comments.
It happened on a number 10 Lothian bus travelling on Great Junction Street in Leith at about 12:00 on 9 May.
The woman police want to speak to is white, in her early 40s and of skinny build. She was wearing a white top and dark trousers.
PC Thomas Winsor, of Police Scotland, said: "The woman pictured in the CCTV footage is of interest to our ongoing inquiries and I would ask anyone who recognises her to contact police immediately.
"In addition, anyone with any further information relevant to this investigation should also come forward."
