Police name man who died in Luss house fire

Police have named a man who died following a fire at a house in Luss on the west bank of Loch Lomond in Argyll and Bute.

Fire crews were called to reports of a blaze in the bungalow in Murray Place shortly after 1030 GMT on Tuesday.

The blaze was extinguished and the body of 68-year-old Edward Combe was found inside the property.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire but is not being treated as suspicious.
