Fire crews tackle underground car park blaze in Glasgow
Firefighters were called out to tackle a "dangerous" blaze in an underground car park in Glasgow.
They found two cars "fully engulfed" in flames when they arrived at Midland Street at about 17:10 on Saturday.
Strathclyde Fire and Rescue said there was a risk the fire could spread rapidly to other vehicles in the car park and the structure of the building itself.
The blaze also generated a large amount of black acrid smoke.
There were fears it could affect members of the public or traffic on nearby roads.
Crews extinguished the fire before it could spread.
There were no reports of any injuries.
